About Us

The General Federation of Woman's Club (GFWC) is an international woman's organization dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service. Founded in 1890, it is one of the oldest volunteer groups with nearly 80,000 members internationally.

GFWC members are the fabric that binds the communities in which we live and work .  By living the volunteer spirit, GFWC members transform lives every day - not just with monetary donations, but with hands-on tangible projects that provide immediate impact.

The Indian Land Women's Club is a non-for profit 501(C)(3) organized for the purpose of bringing together and empowering women of Indian Land and surrounding Lancaster County by promoting educational, social and civic progress in our area.

We believe all women can embrace who they are,
